Franky Fox is a ambitious cocky weatherman, using an impending interview to turn into the lead news anchor. After giving the daily weather upgrade, his helper Vadim Romanov matches him into his dressing room. Afterward, Vadim advises Franky the anchor position was filled. He is berated and called unworthy. Apparently, Franky's helper Vadim is just great for something.
