Elder Hill: Missionary Surveillance

Skye must introduce a new elder to the teachings of the Order. He entertains the boy at his house, taking time out of his busy schedule to make sure the new missionary gets to have a face-to-face meeting with a prominent member of the Order. The boy doesn’t know it yet, but he’s been vetted and selected to be one of the missionaries who serves the Order’s more visceral needs
