Teaming Up

Possession of narcotics. Perp is a 19-year-old Asian male, 5’11”. The perp displays an indifferent attitude after being hauled in for possession of contraband. To get through to the wayward perp, the detaining Officer requests backup from his supervisor, taking on the perp in a team effort.
